Cucumber, Curd, Mint, Salt.


  • 2 cups roughly chopped cucumber
  • 3 to 4 tbsp mint leaves 
  • 2 and 1/2 cups thick fresh curds (yogurt).
  • Salt to taste.


Blend all the ingredients in a blender, add a little cold water if the mixture is too thick, refrigerate and serve chilled.
